a little
about me…
As a photographic and multimedia artist, I aim to build community through intentional storytelling rooted in aloha.
I am drawn to tell stories of self-expression and self-acceptance, driven by a need to heal through collaboration — creating visuals that make people feel extraordinary.
I recently received a master’s of science degree in multimedia, photography and design from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Previously, I graduated from Dartmouth College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in studio art, sociology and Native American studies, and I am a proud alumni of Kamehameha Schools Kapālama, class of 2017. Imua!
Raised and based in Oʻahu, I strive to bring my Native Hawaiian values and cultural knowledge into my creative practice. In doing so, I create meaningful work founded in the importance of people, identity, land and kinship. Through my creative pursuits, I hope to uplift communities, amplify underrepresented voices and create positive change. Mahalo for being here, let’s connect!
